Helsinki Sauna Week 2027 - Design & Sauna
Location to be announced

In 2027, Helsinki Sauna Week explores the meeting point of Finnish sauna culture and design. Taking place alongside Helsinki Design Week, 3-12 September, the programme will celebrate the spaces, ideas and craftsmanship that shape the sauna experience. Join us for a week of warmth, creativity and fresh perspectives on a Finnish tradition.
A moment to slow down.
For many Finns, Christmas sauna is the moment the celebrations begin: familiar warmth, quiet conversation and memories shared across generations. Traditionally, the sauna was heated early on Christmas Eve, leaving time to wash and settle into the evening. Bring that pause into the heart of Helsinki this Christmas.
Our Christmas market sauna is brought to you by experienced sauna entrepreneur Tea Lindberg and the Saunat.fi team behind Helsinki SAUNAVISION. This Christmas, they bring the same spirit of openness and togetherness to Senate Square. Amid the lights of Helsinki Christmas Market, locals and visitors are invited to slow down, share the warmth and experience a Finnish Christmas tradition in the heart of Helsinki.
